Virtual Hearing This Thursday: Show Up for the Pinal County 287(g) Case

Our communities are watching and we are showing up!

This Thursday, the Maricopa Superior Court will hold a virtual status conference hearing on the lawsuit challenging Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller’s unauthorized 287(g) agreement with ICE.

This comes after community members across Pinal County spoke out and after the Board of Supervisors determined the agreement was unlawful. Now, the case is moving forward and we must continue to hold local leadership accountable.

Our communities have already raised their voices. Now we continue to show up because silence is not an option!

Even virtually, our presence matters. It sends a clear message that we are paying attention and that we demand accountability.

Join us. Tune in. Hold Brad Miller accountable.
