Wine, Work, and the Sun: Blending Sustainability and Business Growth
At Page Springs Cellars in Cornville, winemaker Eric Glomski and his family have built more than a vineyard. They have built a philosophy rooted in care for the land, community, and future generations. For Eric, running a rural business is about more than wine. It is about making choices that leave a positive legacy.
With the support of REAP grants and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Page Springs Cellars was able to invest in solar energy as part of that vision. These programs helped lower costs and accelerate their sustainability goals, proving how access to resources can transform rural businesses. By integrating clean energy, the winery is protecting the environment and creating a future where sustainability is as much a part of the story as the wine itself.
In Harvesting Sunlight, Eric, his children, the vineyard team, and the surrounding community share how creativity and values can power rural Arizona’s future.
