Borderland Reflections Art Show
Resistance Through Our Lens
Friday, November 7 | 6 PM – 9 PM MST
Living on the border presents unique challenges: having family across the border, crossing daily for work or school, navigating immigration systems, facing cultural discrimination, or feeling cut off from a community you can see but can’t easily reach. These experiences leave lasting marks on mental well-being.

This exhibition and competition invites artists to reflect on their struggles, triumphs, and personal journeys through the lens of borderland life.
Call to Cochise County Artists!
We’re inviting Cochise County artists of all mediums to submit new and original works that creatively respond to the theme “Borderlands Reflections: Resistance Through Our Lens.” This is your chance to spotlight the realities of border life, immigration, and mental health, and to reflect, resist, and inspire through art.

Whether your approach is abstract, narrative, experimental, or traditional, we want to see how you capture the resilience, identity, and lived experiences of borderland communities at our art show!
